Job Summary
We are one of the largest software development companies in North East India developing enterprise scale cloud applications and mobile applications (Android & iOS) for clients such as Government of Assam, Government of Meghalaya, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Dalmia Cements etc.

We also have a education wing 360DigiTMG, which trains students on emerging technologies such as Big Data | Data Science | Artificial Intelligence | IoT | Cloud Computing | Machine Learning | Python | Bloc Chain | Cyber Security etc.

Our Corporate office requires a dedicated and gifted Personal Secretary/Assistant with excellent time management skills and a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals in terms of project execution. We’re looking for a candidate with considerable managerial experience who can allocate both human and material resources efficiently, communicate & co-ordinate with all teams for timely execution of sensitive projects along with preparing client proposals, presentations etc.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Improve the existing procedures for standardizing software development and deployment.
2. Keep track of staffing requirements and hire new talent as needed, to correspond with specific duties and skill sets.
3. Oversee and carry our social media marketing campaigns for our education wing and our courses.
4. Monitor progress of on-going projects on a day-to day basis and allocate tasks to teams based on prioritization.
5. Overseeing training efforts imparted to end-users of the software.
6. Oversee and monitor the customer support team and their activities on a day-to-day basis in order to ensure that quality is being maintained by the support team and queries are being efficiently disposed.
7. Track student enrollments and student engagement with our training courses.
8. Take up additional monitoring tasks, communicating with clients / stakeholders and assisting the CEO/Director in preparation of tenders / financial management etc.

9. Preparing client proposals / presentations and writing quality content for the proposals along with assisting Director with documentation and all other ancillary activity as may be required.
10. Maybe also required to undertake outstation travel at times to assist in client meetings and proposals and presentations.

Required Skills
1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills specially in (English, Hindi and Assamese).
3. Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making.
4. Working knowledge of carrying our Social Media marketing campaigns. (not mandatory)
5. Experience in education sales will be given special preference.
